Great comfortable hotel ..with suite like rooms ....very roomy and spacious. Modern, clean, efficient....Hilton quality Disappointment however with service in breakfast buffet. .....attendant needs customer service training. Older woman Very dour and sour looking ...no smile No response to hello or good morning. Appeared to be doing her job begrudgingly. Disgusting and disgraceful to watch and attempt to interact with Strongly suggest she be working behind scene as her attitude strongly suggests she is not suited for dealing with public. Nice new hotel, large area to hang out with hockey teams etc for a pizza party, drinking with friends late into the evening. Catered pretty well to the kids, didn't bother them when playing mini sticks. 8 minutes to the arena.. large clean pool, nice rooms. All around very nice!

The suite was spotless, and the staff were courteous and friendly. It's conveniently located near Canadian Tire Centre. However, the TV system didn't allow us to watch Prime Video or movies/series ordered from YouTube. The included breakfast options were simple and adequate, but nothing like a breakfast restaurant.

Although this is a well-appointed, well-located, tastefully decorated, safe and clean hotel, our two-night experience staying there was not satisfactory at all. This is why: I am a wheelchair-bound veteran and senior. I had booked a two-night stay for my wife and I because we wanted to tour the area and this hotel featured an accessible swimming pool with a 'lift'. I called the hotel a few days prior to our stay and was informed that the pool was indeed accessible. When we checked-in, we immediately asked for confirmation that the pool lift was functional and were told it was. We went to inspect the pool and lift after check-in and noted that the battery pack was not installed. I informed the front desk and was told that the hotel staff would look into it. We returned to the front desk later and were informed that the service person was completing their shift, but would have the next shift make sure it was ready for use. I let the staff know that we would be going to supper, but would return and would want to use the pool by 7 PM. When we returned, the lift was in the lowered position, but when we asked at the desk, I was informed that the battery was not working, that the lift had not been used in a very long time, and that it would not be available that night. I was told that it would be repaired by the next day. This didn't happen. When we returned to the hotel the next afternoon, the lift had been removed from the pool completely, and I was told that it would be replaced, but that it would not be ready that day. I was offered that the manager would help us book a stay at another nearby hotel with a working lift, which meant we would have tom extend our stay in the area, which was not possible. I was then offered compensation for one-night's stay, and a series of excuses regarding the reasons the lift did not function. The entire reason I chose this hotel was for the accessible pool, as there are plenty of other hotel choices in the area. Otherwise, the hotel itself, the staff and the room were of good quality. But the number of 'excuses' rather than simple apologies, and the inability of the hotel to provide the accessible pool - as featured on the website and in a website photograph, made our stay a very disappointing experience for us both. Receiving one-night's compensation does not go nearly far enough to make it right. I am a Hilton Honors member, and I will definitely NOT recommend this hotel or stay there ever again. Love almost everything there. The room are super clean and tidy. It comes with a kitchen, two TVs, dishwasher, small stove up, full size fridge, dish soap, cups, toaster, coffee machine, dishes, bowls, etc. We really enjoyed our night there. The only complaint I have is some of the USP and micro USB ports are working properly.

We were a group of 18 women on a cycling trip in Ottawa. The hotel provided us with a room to safely store our bikes. Rooms were spacious and had everything we needed. Breakfast included is always a bonus. Great hotel and staff.

We booked two nights here and I have to say I was immediately impressed upon walking in. The lobby is bright and open and impeccably clean, and Sarah at the front desk was incredibly helpful and polite. The room was perfect for our family of five. There aren’t a lot of places that accommodate a family of our size and we had more than enough space for everyone with room to spare. The kitchen was stocked with everything you might need if you chose to cook for yourself while staying and you can even fill out a grocery list and they’ll deliver groceries right to your room if you want. The beds were comfortable and the noise from other rooms was minimal. The included breakfast was quite good as well and they have someone keeping the area clean and tidy and stocked at all times. The exercise room was one of best equipped I’ve seen in a hotel before. I wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again the next time I’m in the area.

Front desk staff were exceptional. They were friendly and informative on arrival and departure. Further, we were rushing out of the hotel during checkout with a crying child and they provided our son with a bottle of milk and us with beverages on the house to put us at ease. Customer service like that is hard to come by these days. The room was also very clean, spacious, organized and was perfect for parents and a child for a week-long visit. Thanks very much to the team at this hotel for a great stay! 4 stars on location simply because its not downtown.

Great location the room is well appointed with a full kitchen for cooking or to make your own coffee. Big living area and spacious bathroom and closet. A huge comfortable king sized bed. This is perfect for a long stay or a weekend getaway. It's pet friendly there is a restaurant onsite, a free hot breakfast, 40 tv channels along with popular streaming apps such as Netflix, Showtime etc. There is a business center and meeting room. There is coffee,tea and hot water available 24 hrs in the lobby.

The suite was great! Unfortunately, some of the night front desk staff were not as helpful as they should be. The cleaning staff, however, were more pleasant and eager to help! Very much appreciated! I choose NOT to go back to this place.
