My husband + I stayed a night at Adam's airport Inn and it was delightful in everyday! The welcome was warm, the room + bed so comfortable + the breakfast was good too. Well done!

I would like to give the highest recommendation to Mr. Adam and his staff and the awesome Adam's Airport . The location in proximity to the airport is super with lots of shopping close by. The atmosphere was so comforting and cozy, Christmas decorations were exquisite and reminded me of my home back in Alberta. My room was spacious and when an friend arrived unannounced from Nova Scotia, the hotel was able to accommodate with a room with 2 beds and all was done in a very timely manner. Excellent value with a very good breakfast served every morning, lots of choices! This really is the cleanest hotel I have every stayed in. I'm sure the bathroom tiles are cleaned with a toothbrush to provide the highest level of clean and shining. My room was quiet and comfortable. The amenities were above standard also. 10 out of 10 for me.

Booked a one night stay here. The room booked was for a one queen sized bed. Overall the room was clean and the included hot breakfast was very good with a great variety of eating options.... so why the two star rating then? Three issues: 1. Excessive amount of religious artifacts in the hotel lobby and reception area as well as my room. Is this a hotel or a church masquerading as one for tax exemption purposes? 2. Hotel staff were not very kind, respectful, or friendly at all and that is not in line with Christian principles. I would strongly urge the owner who is clearly a devout Christian to send his staff to church to learn the art of kindness, respect, and manners. 3. Queen sized bed was more like a double sized bed instead... a minor issue considering that it was reasonably priced though it is false advertisement nonetheless. Will be staying elsewhere if I'm ever in the Ottawa area.

The BEST hotel and staff. Dealt with the city power issue so well and went above and beyond to help. Rooms were great, beautifully decorated, breakfast was perfect (sausage, eggs, bacon, etc). But the staff is what makes it great. Leon and his son worked very hard to take care of myself and daughter. This is my forever hotel when visiting Ottawa.

I had a great experience. Rooms rate were affordable. Staff was friendly, we had a very good breakfast included in the rate but what I most enjoyed was the room, a good size room with a walk in shower. Heating was working well. Plenty of towels available. Really nothing to complain about

Wonderful hotel we stayed in for 4 days in Ottawa, we felt right at home. The hotel was in a perfect location, very quiet and VERY clean. The price was right and not expensive at all compared to some chain restaurants we stayed in. The breakfast that was included was amazing! Probably the best I've had in a hotel. From hot eggs and bacon to cold cereals and fruits, it has everything, including gluten free options. There was also a 24 hour fitness room that was great for people like me that are up at 4am. The hotel is owned by a Catholic man who proudly displays his faith. Being a devout Catholic I saw absolutely nothing wrong with this and was actually really pleased to see someone not ashamed of showing their faith. This is prominently displayed on their sign outside and with the beautiful crucifix that adorns the wall behind check in. If this is an issue to someone, there are many secular hotels in the area I'm sure you would find more appealing, but I for one really found it appealing. We will definitely stay again. And I'd love to give extra credit to August. A total gentleman with a lovely laugh and amazing customer service. God bless!!

If I could give more than 5 stars I would, because this hotel is the best one in Ottawa and area. It's the cleanest hotel I have ever seen. I have had several stays over the last couple years and the service has always been top quality. Very reasonable room rates too. The rooms are well decorated, updated and comfortable, and I always have a great sleep here. The heat/AC can be adjusted to a guests tastes, and the hot breakfast buffet has everything a person could ask for. Location is perfect, a safe quiet area too. Highly recommend. 100% better than any of the big hotel chains!

This place is my favourite hotel! I fly in and out of Ottawa a ton for work, stay here every time, and I have literally never had a bad experience. Every single person I have interacted with there is a beautiful human, and work really hard to make sure your stay in comfortable. I had to leave for an early flight this morning, and they even have a little travel breakfast available at the front desk for all those who will miss the continental breakfast the hotel offers! And I was offered a coffee by the man behind the desk! It was the nicest thing, and really made being up at 3am that much easier. Also like 5 minutes from the airport, in a great area. The rooms are always spotless, with all the things that you could need for an overnight stay. I travel a lot and have been in many many hotels, and this one surpasses many of the high end ones I’ve even stayed at downtown Toronto. Stay here, you will NOT be

Hands down the cleanest hotel I've stayed in. I also have to mention the great complimentary breakfast. The staff are personable and friendly. Really, for the price it is unbeatable. I've stayed at this place the last 4-5 times I've visited Ottawa.

The only place I stay when in Ottawa. Been here several times now, love the quiet atmosphere and peaceful music. Excellent place to get true rest, and the staff is incredibly friendly too. Rooms are impeccably clean, every time. I’m consistently impressed by the included breakfast, which even has gluten free options. Can’t recommend Adam’s Inn enough!
